Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own partner integrations and accelerate platform partnerships. You will collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define and launch scalable integrations with platform partners.

You bring 5+ years in product management, thrive in cross-functional settings, and can translate incomplete inputs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping multiple software products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience in fintech, lending, ecommerce, or BNPL preferred.
• Ability to define product features and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow affirm's 1:Many Growth partner integrations and portfolio.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities for future partner integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale platform partnerships.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiatives.
• Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for new integrations.
