Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Commercialization to drive the execution of commercialization initiatives for payor-focused products.

You will partner across product, marketing, sales enablement, and analytics to translate strategy into launch plans, audience requirements, and adoption activities. The role may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on location and hub access.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, product strategy, healthcare consulting, and/or Leadership Development Program.
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, employee benefits, B2B, or complex enterprise product initiatives.
• Ability to translate direction into coordinated plans, briefs, and execution requirements.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a matrixed environment.
• Experience using analytics and evidence to support value propositions and launch decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for market-facing materials.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to operate independently and drive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of commercialization initiatives across new and existing payor-focused products and capabilities.
• Translate portfolio strategy and priorities into go-to-market plans and execution activities.
• Coordinate launch plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications across products or initiatives.
• Develop product positioning, audience definitions, buyer value stories, and proof requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to clarify needs and timelines while other teams develop materials and training.
• Identify credible proof points, value measures, baselines, and reporting requirements.
• Translate product analytics into clear value stories for payors, brokers, and account teams.
• Support launch and adoption dashboards linking readiness, demand, pipeline, activation, and renewal signals.
