You will work across product, marketing, sales enablement, and analytics to translate strategy into coordinated launch plans and market-facing requirements, ensuring adoption and renewal success. The role offers remote or hybrid work within the US, with flexibility based on candidate location and hub access.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, product strategy, healthcare consulting, or related programs.
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, employee benefits, B2B, or complex enterprise product initiatives.
• Ability to translate product and commercialization direction into coordinated plans, briefs, and execution requirements.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a matrixed environment.
• Experience using analytics, business cases, and performance reporting to support value propositions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for market-facing materials.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate go-to-market plans and execution activities for payor-focused products.
• Translate portfolio strategy into market-facing requirements and adoption actions.
• Develop product positioning, audience definitions, and buyer value stories.
• Clarify product needs with Marketing and Sales Enablement and support materials.
• Identify credible proof points, value measures, and reporting requirements for market use.
• Translate product analytics into clear value stories for various stakeholders.
• Support launch and adoption dashboards connecting readiness, demand, and renewal signals.
• Monitor launch effectiveness and identify risks with recommended actions.
• Coordinate development of presentations, FAQs, and sales resources with accountable teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product positioning and cross-portfolio consistency.
• Support broader product organization initiatives tied to payor experience and launch readiness.
