CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Commercialization to drive payor-focused product launches. You will work across product, marketing, sales enablement, and analytics to translate strategy into market-ready plans and measurable adoption.

The role may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US, with potential hub-based collaboration. You will develop market-facing requirements, buyer value stories, and proof points while coordinating training materials and dashboards to track

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product commercialization, GTM strategy, product marketing or related leadership programs.
• Experience supporting healthcare payor, employee benefits or B2B enterprise products.
• Ability to translate direction into coordinated plans, briefs and readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute commercialization initiatives for payor-focused products and capabilities.
• Translate portfolio strategy into go-to-market plans and execution activities.
• Coordinate launch plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications across products.
• Develop product positioning, audience definitions, and buyer value stories.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to clarify needs and deliver materials and training.
• Identify proof points, value measures, baselines and reporting requirements.
• Translate analytics into clear value stories for payors, consultants and brokers.
• Support launch and adoption dashboards linking readiness to renewal and expansion.
• Monitor launch effectiveness and identify risks, gaps and actions.
• Develop presentations, FAQs, sales resources and implementation materials.
• Improve product positioning and adoption across the portfolio.
• Support broader product initiatives tied to payor experience and launch readiness.
