Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product commercialization and related fields.
• Experience supporting healthcare/payor or B2B/enterprise product initiatives.
• Ability to translate direction into coordinated plans and requirements.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment across multiple teams.
• Experience using analytics to support value propositions and launch decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to develop market-facing materials.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of commercialization initiatives across payor-focused products.
• Translate portfolio strategy into go-to-market plans and execution activities.
• Coordinate launch plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, readiness reviews, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Develop product positioning, target audience definitions, buyer value stories, and proof requirements.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop materials and training.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and product teams to identify credible proof points and reporting requirements.
