Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product commercialization and related fields.
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, or complex enterprise product initiatives.
• Ability to translate direction into coordinated plans and execution requirements.
• Experience working across matrixed teams (product, marketing, sales enablement, etc.).
• Ability to use analytics and evidence to support value propositions and launch decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercialization strategy into coordinated launch plans and market requirements.
• Define product positioning and buyer value stories with credible evidence.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch plans, timelines, and readiness reviews.
• Develop proofs of value and reporting needs for market-facing use.
• Create sales resources, FAQs, and commercialization assets with accountable teams.
• Monitor launch effectiveness and adoption to identify gaps and actions.
