Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, product strategy, healthcare consulting, or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of commercialization initiatives across payor-focused products and capabilities.
• Translate portfolio strategy into coordinated go-to-market plans and execution activities.
• Coordinate launch plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications across products or initiatives.
• Develop product positioning, target audiences, buyer value stories, and proof requirements.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to clarify product needs and deliver materials and training.
• Identify credible proof points, value measures, baselines, and reporting requirements for market-facing use.
• Translate product analytics into clear value stories for payors, consultants, and brokers.
• Support launch and adoption dashboards tracking readiness, demand, pipeline, and renewal signals.
• Monitor launch effectiveness and capture feedback for improvements.
