Job summary

Quince is seeking an exceptional Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Soft Home - Bedding) to own and drive cost structures and savings.

This senior leadership role reports to the Head of Procurement and requires deep expertise in commodity costing, clean-sheet analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across tech, merchandising, and global sourcing. The position focuses on delivering should-costing targets, securing supply continuity, and aligning procurement with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Category Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned categories to improve margins as Quince scales.
• RFP Ownership & Execution: Structure and run competitive end-to-end bidding processes to secure optimal cost and terms.
• Clean Sheet & Buy Plan Approvals: Create and utilize component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and optimum cost.
• Upstream Sourcing: Partner with Material Manager and sourcing teams to align on material benefits in costing.
• Value Creation: Identify opportunities to reshape the supply chain and create financial value beyond traditional sourcing.
