Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home) to own and optimize cost structures and savings.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the role requires deep expertise in commodity costing, clean sheet methods, and supplier negotiations to secure transparent and competitive pricing for finished goods inputs. Success means achieving near should-costing, securing supply continuity, and aligning procurement with innovation and sustainability goals across a global sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement in a consumer goods/retail environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned categories to improve margins.
• Deliver cost savings while maintaining product quality and ESG considerations.
• Partner with technology to embed procurement capabilities into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.
• Identify and deliver substantial cost reductions over the next 12 months.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes from vendor identification through award.
