Quince seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Soft Home – Bedding) to lead cost structures and savings.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will leverage deep expertise in costing, clean sheet processes, and supplier negotiations to build a transparent and competitive pricing framework. You will drive supply continuity, align material procurement with innovation goals, and shape our global sourcing strategy across T1/T2 suppliers.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of global procurement or sourcing experience in consumer goods or retail.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international partners.
• Strong cost-automation, clean-sheet costing, and negotiation capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute procurement strategy and vendor distribution for key categories.
• Deliver cost savings while maintaining product quality and ESG considerations.
• Collaborate with technology to embed procurement playbooks into systems.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Develop and implement a scalable cost model and Buy Plan approvals.
