Job summary

Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Bags and Accessories) to own cost structures and drive savings.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will leverage experience in commodity costing, clean-sheet analysis, and supplier management to create a competitive costing environment for T1 and T2 vendors. You will aim for near-should-cost product costs, secure supply continuity, and align procurement with innovation and sustainability goals, while shaping Quince's global sourcing

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement or supply chain in consumer goods.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturers.
• Hands-on experience building clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement roadmap and vendor strategy to improve margins.
• Deliver 700 bps cost reductions over 12 months.
• Own end-to-end RFPs with manufacturing partners.
• Partner with tech to embed procurement capabilities in tools.
• Lead upstream sourcing and value creation initiatives.
