Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement for Soft Home - Bedding to own cost structures and drive savings. This role reports to the Head of Procurement and focuses on commodity costing, clean sheets, and scalable sourcing with major suppliers.

You will lead category strategy, negotiate for best terms, and align procurement with sustainability goals while ensuring supply continuity and product excellence across the bedding range.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Deliver cost reductions and negotiate with manufacturing partners while maintaining product quality and ESG goals.
• Collaborate with technology to embed procurement capabilities in Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.
• Lead RFPs end-to-end, from vendor identification through award, to secure optimal terms.
• Develop clean-sheet costing and buy plans to ensure pricing transparency and scale.
• Partner with material sourcing to ensure competitive pricing from key suppliers and manage upsteam sourcing.
