Job summary

Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home) to own cost structures, supplier partnerships, and global sourcing. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will drive cost reductions, clean-sheet costing, and AI-enabled RFP processes to scale with growth.

You will partner with material sourcing and merchandising to ensure price, quality, and ESG objectives are met, while building scalable procurement capabilities for new products.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end RFP processes for optimal terms.
• Negotiate to achieve best pricing and supplier terms.
• Develop global sourcing capabilities and supplier relationships.

• Align with material sourcing to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
• Set launch costing and scale pricing schedules for growth.
• Support merchandising with scale costing targets.
