Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Soft Home - Bedding) to own cost structures and savings, reporting to the Head of Procurement.

You will leverage commodity costing, clean sheet methods, and supplier partnerships to craft a competitive costing environment and drive transparent pricing for major suppliers. Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement or supply chain in consumer goods/retail.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement roadmap and vendor strategy to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Create clean sheet costing to drive pricing transparency and negotiate scale pricing.
• Partner with material sourcing and merchandising to align cost targets with product development.
