Job summary

Quince, a remote-enabled team in the United States, seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home) to own cost structures and drive savings across finished goods materials.

You will report to the Head of Procurement and shape a transparent, competitive pricing environment with major suppliers. Success means achieving near-should-cost product costs, securing supply continuity, and aligning sourcing with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Collaborate with technology to embed procurement capabilities into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.
• Deliver significant cost reductions and implement repeatable negotiation frameworks.
• Build AI-enabled processes to run RFP scenarios and optimize sourcing decisions.
• Lead buy plan approvals and align with upstream material availability and pricing.
