Job summary

Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Soft Home - Bedding) to own cost structures, secure supply, and drive savings for our bedding category.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will influence pricing strategy, scale cost efficiencies, and collaborate across merchandising, sourcing, and product teams. You will lead RFPs, build clean sheets, and push for transparent, competitive pricing while aligning with sustainability goals and innovation.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in running competitive RFP processes with international partners.
• Experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategy to improve margins.
• Deliver cost savings while maintaining quality and ESG.
• Collaborate with tech teams to embed procurement capabilities.
• Lead RFP processes end-to-end with suppliers.
• Develop upstream sourcing and value creation initiatives.
