Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement to own cost structures for Lounge, Swim and KBM categories. You will drive supplier negotiations, build clean-sheet costing, and partner with merchandising to optimize inputs and pricing while supporting sustainability goals.

You will manage RFP processes, work with Tier 1/2 suppliers, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure continuity and cost efficiency. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing, mission-driven brand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in retail apparel environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms to conduct scenario analysis and automate complex procurement tasks.
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Deliver cost reductions while maintaining product quality and ESG considerations.
• Partner with technology to embed procurement capabilities into vendor tools.
• Lead RFP ownership and end-to-end bidding to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate and implement repeatable procurement frameworks for long-term savings.
• Develop and pilot AI-assisted scenarios to optimize sourcing decisions.
