Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst for a fully remote role based in the United States. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in process improvement, organizational redesign, and SAFe/Agile methods to optimize large portfolios and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Proficiency in creating functional specs, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Experience with UML and BPMN modeling.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Project.
• Knowledge of SQL and data concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measures.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, and performance metrics.
• Conduct state analyses, gap analyses, benchmarking, and best-practice identification.
• Plan and implement future-state design and change management.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to determine system requirements.
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, and control.
• Guide multiple cross-functional teams to improve collaboration and value delivery.
