Qualifications

Proven track record leading complex projects.
Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements and workflows.
Proficiency in creating functional specs, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
Experience with UML and BPMN for business modeling.
Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and organizational redesign projects.
Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, and performance metrics.
Analyze current state, gaps, benchmarking, and organizational assessments.
Plan and implement future-state designs and change management.
Coordinate with customer, IT, and client services to align requirements.
Deliver training and presentations on measurement, analysis, and control.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality programs.
