Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies and performance measures for business processes.
- Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Plan and implement future state design and change management.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements.
- Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, and control.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and provide technical solutions to complex problems.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior analysts.
