Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; 20+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies and performance measures.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and metrics.
• Analyze current state, gaps, benchmarking, and best practices across programs.
• Plan and implement future state designs, change management, and transition planning.
• Interface with customers, client services, and IT to align requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality programs, systems, and procedures for compliance.
• Apply Agile and SAFe across portfolios to improve collaboration and delivery.
• Interpret policies and government regulations to ensure compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
