Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive process improvements within the Veterans Affairs program. This remote, US-based role requires delivering analyses, designing future states, and guiding SAFe/Agile implementations across multiple teams.

You will analyze current processes, develop performance measures, and ensure compliance while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve business agility.

Qualificações

• Experience leading complex process-improvement projects.
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements and workflows.
• Ability to create functional specs, user stories and process diagrams.
• Proficiency with UML/BPMN and diagram tools (Visio/Lucidchart).
• Knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies and their practical application.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with SQL/BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise on process improvement strategies and organizational redesign.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and performance metrics.
• Conduct current-state and gap analyses, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Plan and implement future state designs and change management activities.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to define system requirements.
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis and control.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance and performance quality across programs.
