Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to join our team. You will work with the sales group to tailor Everpure solutions to customer needs, demonstrating the value of our data storage products in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead evaluations, deliver technical presentations, and translate business requirements into innovative storage architectures across DAS, NAS, and SAN spaces. Strong customer-facing skills and cloud familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience across technology, design, and communications.
• Experience supporting enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software sales.
• Deep understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, containers, and provisioning automation.
• Strong knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Link technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with account managers and channel partners to drive revenue.
• Lead technical evaluations, benchmarks, and configurations.

• Support roadmap discussions with product and marketing and create technical materials.
• Stay current with competitive landscape and industry trends.
