Job summary

Grüns is hiring a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Post-Purchase to own the post-purchase experiences including cancellations, order management, loyalty and referrals. You will partner with Retention, Engineering and Design to build new features from idea to launch and drive engagement and retention metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of product management, ecommerce, or retention work at a DTC or digital-first company.
• Proficient with Claude Code and Claude Design for AI-assisted ideation, design, copy, and build.
• Strong analytics/retention reporting experience (GA4, Heap, or cohort platform).
• Experience partnering with engineers on APIs, backends, or queues.
• Knowledge of customer research and UX design methods.
• Experience with price modeling and pricing/testing platforms (Intelligems).

Responsibilities

• Own post-purchase experiences: cancellations, order management, loyalty, and referrals.
• Build post-purchase features end to end from research to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Own analytics reporting on engagement and retention indicators.
• Own upsell, cross-sell, and retention metrics with price modeling.
• Help members build custom Grüns nutrition packs across product lineup.
