Job summary

Grüns is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Post-Purchase to own the post-purchase experience—from cancellation flows and order management to loyalty and referrals. You’ll partner with the Retention team, Engineering and Design to build new post-purchase features from idea to launch in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll own analytics reporting on engagement and retention, drive price modeling and testing, and own upsell, cross-sell and retention metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in product management, ecommerce, or retention-focused roles.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code/Claude Design).
• Strong analytics and retention reporting experience (GA4, Heap).
• Comfort partnering with engineers on APIs, backends, or queues.
• Deep knowledge of customer research and UX design methods.
• Pricing and testing experience with a pricing platform (e.g., Intelligems).

Responsibilities

• Own post-purchase engagement: cancellation flows, order management, loyalty, referrals.
• Build post-purchase features end-to-end with Retention, Engineering and Design.
• Own analytics reporting on engagement and feature usage; link to retention.
• Own upsell, cross-sell and retention metrics; focus on pricing modeling and testing.
• Help members build their Grüns nutrition packs across products.
