Jobgether is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own post-purchase customer journeys and retention across cancellation flows, order management, loyalty, and referrals. You will partner withRetention, Design, Data, and Engineering to ship features end-to-end in a fully remote setup.

Expect to use AI-assisted workflows and cohort analytics to identify high-impact retention opportunities, applying strong UX and technical fluency with APIs, backends, and queues.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in product management, e-commerce, or retention roles.
• Experience with analytics, pricing, and A/B testing tools.
• Strong UX and technical fluency with APIs, backends, and queues.

Responsibilities
