Job summary

Grüns is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Post-Purchase to own the customer experience after purchase. You’ll drive cancellation flows, order management, loyalty and referrals, partnering with Retention, Engineering, and Design to ship new features.

You’ll manage analytics and retention metrics, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and pricing tests to optimize value. The role is fully remote from our remote HQ with biannual off-sites.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of product management, ecommerce, or retention-focused work.
• Experience with analytics and retention reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own post-purchase experiences including cancellation flows, order management, loyalty and referrals.
• Build post-purchase features end-to-end from research through launch.
• Own analytics reporting on engagement and feature usage.
• Own upsell, cross-sell and retention metrics with pricing/testing focus.
