Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a remote role with commutable access to Champlin, MN. You will lead filtration projects from pilot plants to multi-machine installations, owning customer relationships and project execution.

You will drive process clarifications, design filtration systems, modify P&IDs in AutoCAD, create BOMs, and coordinate 3D modelling with the design team and fabricator, while managing budgets and schedules with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree; 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Must be able to travel to U.S. and Canada up to 20%
• Large scale capital equipment background preferred

Responsibilities

• Kick off and develop customer relationships from an OFCE perspective
• Clarify customer process, floor space, utilities, and delivery requirements
• Engineer filtration systems using P&IDs; review and approve with filtration experts
