Job summary

ManpowerEngineering, part of ManpowerGroup, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead filtration projects from kickoff to delivery. You’ll manage customer relations, define requirements, and drive design and fabrication alignment using AutoCAD and BOM responsibility.

The role is remote with commutable access to Champlin, MN, requiring up to 20% travel across US/Canada. This contract-to-hire position offers a strong compensation package with a potential bonus.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree; 5+ years’ experience in Project Management.
• Must be able to travel to U.S. and Canada up to 20%.
• Large scale capital equipment background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Kickoff projects with customers via phone or in person and build relationships.
• Clarify customer process, floorspace, utilities, components, and delivery needs.
• Engineer filtration systems and review P&IDs with engineers.
• Use AutoCAD to modify P&IDs per customer requirements.
• Create BOMs and coordinate with buyers for purchasing.
• Lead 3D modelling and coordinate with fabrication to ensure constructibility.
• Manage project finances and forecast labor/materials/travel costs.
• Develop project schedules with milestones and track against budget.
• Coordinate with installation supervisor after fabrication.
