Job summary

Manpower Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead filtration projects from pilot plants to multi-million dollar systems. You will manage customer relationships, define requirements, engineer designs, and drive P&IDs, BOMs and 3D models.

This role is remote with commutable distance to Champlin, MN and involves up to 20% travel across the US and Canada. The position emphasizes project leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with filtration experts and fabricators.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree; 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Must be able to travel to U.S. and Canada up to 20%
• Large scale capital equipment background preferred

Responsibilities

• Kick off and manage customer relationships from an OFCE perspective
• Clarify customer process, floorspace, utilities, components and delivery needs
• Engineer filtration systems and review P&IDs with filtration experts
• Modify sales P&IDs in AutoCAD per final requirements
• Create BOM and communicate to buyer for purchasing
• 3D model projects with design team and coordinate with fabricator
• Financial management and forecasts for labor, materials, travel, contingency
• Develop project schedules with milestones and budget alignment
• Coordinate with installation supervisor after fabrication
