Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading workforce solutions company, is partnering with a food and beverage processing leader to hire a Senior Project Manager. This remote-capable role supports projects from Champlin, MN, with up to 20% travel in the US & Canada.

You will drive filtration projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating with design and fabrication teams. You will manage budgets, schedules, and BOMs, using AutoCAD to refine P&IDs and ensure safe, compliant installations.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree; 5+ years’ experience in Project Management

Responsibilities

• Kick off projects with customers via phone, meeting, or in person and manage from OFCE perspective
• Clarify customer process, floorspace, utility, component, and delivery requirements
• Engineer filtration systems using learned science and review engineered P&IDs with filtration experts
• Modify sales P&IDs in AutoCAD per customer requirements and engineering
• Create BOMs and coordinate with buyers for purchasing
• Lead 3D modelling with filtration design team and coordinate with fabricator to ensure construction per plan
• Provide monthly financial forecasts including labor, materials, travel, contingency, and warranty
• Develop project schedules with milestones and monitor progress against budget and hours sold
• Coordinate with installation supervisor at fabrication conclusion
