Job summary

ManpowerGroup, via Manpower Engineering, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for remote work with a commutable distance to Champlin, MN. You will lead filtration projects from $25k to $15M, engaging customers, defining requirements, and driving design reviews.

You will use AutoCAD for P&IDs, assemble BOMs, model 3D layouts, and manage project costs, schedules, and vendor coordination. Travel up to 20% across the US and Canada is required.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree; 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Must be able to travel to U.S. and Canada up to 20%
• Large scale capital equipment background preferred

Responsibilities

• Kickoff projects with customers via phone, meeting or in person and develop the customer relationship from an OFCE perspective.
• Clarify customer process, floorspace, utility, component, and delivery requirements.
• Engineer filtration systems using the science of filtration, review and approve P&IDs with filtration experts.
• Use AutoCAD to modify sales P&IDs per customer requirements and engineering feedback.
• Create BOMs based on engineered design and coordinate BOM to buyers.
• Drive 3D modelling and coordinate with fabrication to ensure alignment with plans.
• Manage project finances and monitor costs through monthly forecasts.
• Optimize engineered design for performance and value.
• Develop project schedules with milestones and track progress against budget/hours sold.
• Coordinate with installation supervisor at fabrication conclusion.
