• Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are met (SOC2, HIPAA).
• Lead incident response and runbooks; coordinate across delivery streams.
• Mentor engineers and onboard contractor teams; promote continuous improvement.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile execution.
• Monitor platform SLOs and operational metrics, report risks and mitigations.
