Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Platform Engineering / DevOps to lead enterprise cloud platform delivery. You will own the H100 platform roadmap, drive GCP-based capabilities, and enforce standards, security, and reliability across multiple workstreams.

You will manage engineers and contractors, mentor teams, and advance automation to support scalable, compliant, and high‑quality platform services at CVS Health.

Qualifications

7+ years in DevOps/platform engineering or SRE.
4+ years in team leadership or technical lead roles (5–10 engineers).
3+ years in GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC.
Experience with automation and AI-driven operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and execute platform engineering roadmap (H100).
Drive GCP-based platform capabilities (GKE, IAM, networking, CI/CD).
Enforce engineering standards, security, and ADR compliance.
Lead incident response, post-mortems, and runbooks.
Mentor engineers and oversee contractor teams.
Promote automation and modern platform engineering practices.
