Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE.
• 4+ years in team leadership or technical lead roles (5–10 engineers).
• 3+ years with GCP (GKE, IAM, networking, monitoring), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
• 4+ years of Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint execution, and incident management (SRE).
• 1+ year of experience with AI-driven operations or automation frameworks.
• 3+ years in cloud networking (VPCs, routing, load balancing, firewalls, DNS, hybrid connectivity).
• 3+ years in production/support environments and on-call rotations.
• 3+ years with databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, Cloud Spanner, Kafka).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the H100 platform engineering roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Drive delivery of GCP-based platform capabilities (GKE, networking, IAM, CI/CD, observability).
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and ADR compliance.
• Ensure security, compliance and governance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA).
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for delivery.
• Provide status reporting, risk identification and mitigation strategies.
