• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices, pharmacists and others to tailor strategies for prescribers.
• Leverage samples, literature and other items to raise product awareness.
• Respond to customer requests promptly with accurate information.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development on sales and product knowledge.
