Job summary

Viatris Specialty LLC is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and execute territory plans, build key customer relationships, and achieve quarterly goals while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include delivering compelling product presentations, utilizing targeting principles, and maintaining high productivity. Travel within the territory is required, and residency in the territory is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Proven influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to travel within territory; reside in territory geography.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and driving record; driver authorization.
• Professional or Senior leveling based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
• Maintain high call and field productivity levels.
• Gather insights from offices and prescribers to tailor territory strategies.
• Leverage samples and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond promptly to customer requests with accurate information.
• Pursue continuous learning in sales, communication, and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
