GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid go-to-market strategy across search, social, and programmatic for our remote US team. You will manage budgets, partner with agencies, and steer data-driven experiments to optimize revenue and pipeline.

Strong analytics, GA4/SQL skills, and a background in B2B SaaS are highly valued. In this role, you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, align channels with business goals, and collaborate with marketing leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media or performance marketing with hands-on channel experience.
• Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable turning data into insights and actions.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments; understands attribution and lift.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel budgets against revenue targets.
• Experience with agency partners and performance governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across search, social, and programmatic.
• Budget allocation and optimization to meet revenue and pipeline targets.
• Direct agencies and internal stakeholders with clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery for investment decisions.
• Develop a data-driven testing roadmap across creative, audiences, and platforms.
• Build funnel visibility and trusted performance dashboards for leadership.
• Design experiments and analyze results with statistical rigor.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
