Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an experienced Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to support patients’ access to PDPA and VFM products. This remote, field-based role owns end-to-end case management from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, collaborating with patients, providers, payers, HUB partners, and vendors.

You will conduct benefits investigation, prior authorization, copay navigation, and timely communications while maintaining detailed case notes in Polaris.

Qualifications

• 8+ years pharmaceutical (or related) experience in customer-facing roles/functions.
• Experience conducting benefit investigation and verification with payers and working with PA/appeal documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with patients, providers, and cross-functional colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive the patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Coordinate prior authorizations, benefits verification, and copay navigation with payers and providers.
• Maintain detailed case comments and ensure timely, compliant communication across stakeholders.
