Job summary

Pfizer seeks a dedicated DCC to own the patient access journey from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up, coordinating with patients, providers, payers, and HUB partners. You will manage benefits investigation, prior authorization, and case documentation with strict compliance and patient focus.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in pharma access/reimbursement, strong communication, and proficiency with Polaris CRM, ensuring timely, compliant patient support and proactive follow-up across the care

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
8+ years of pharmaceutical (or related) experience in customer-facing roles/functions.
6 months minimum in access and reimbursement roles (FRM, PAC, FAS or similar).
Working proficiency in Polaris CRM system.
Ability to communicate directly with patients, providers, and cross-functional colleagues.
Knowledge of copay programs, rebates, and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

Own 100% of assigned cases and drive the patient journey from enrollment through follow-up.
Serve as primary contact for reimbursement and access questions with patients, caregivers, and providers.
Guide patients through cost, coverage, PA and appeals processes, and baseline tests.
Coordinate appointments and ensure compliant communications with providers and vendors.
Manage Interim Care program administration and voucher/ copay processes.
Coordinate with HUB partners and cross-functional teams to resolve patient access barriers.
