Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a dedicated Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own end-to-end patient access journeys for PDPA and VFM products. This non-promotional, field-based role manages HUB enrollment, follow-up, and coordination with patients, providers, payers, HUB partners, and vendors.

You will lead benefits investigation, prior authorization, copay support, and compliant case management, coordinating with IQVIA/MDX where needed and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree with 8+ years pharma/customer-facing experience.
• Polaris CRM experience including case management and PA/PEF interpretation.
• Strong communication with patients, providers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting benefit investigations and payer communications.
• Knowledge of copay programs, vouchers and interim care.
• Ability to manage high-volume cases with thorough documentation.
• Capable of adverse event reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of reimbursement, government payment systems and PBM pathways.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive patient journey progression from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as the primary contact for reimbursement and access support status for patients and providers.
• Coordinate benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals with payers and HCPs.
• Schedule and coordinate patient assessments, tests, and follow-up activities.
• Manage copay eligibility, vouchers, and Interim Care program administration.
• Triage prescriptions and ensure timely post-fill follow-up.
• Maintain case comments, document interactions, and collaborate with HUB and Pfizer teams.
• Communicate the access landscape compliantly to patients and providers.
