Job summary

NiCE in the United States is seeking a Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer to drive partner success across implementation, readiness, and ongoing product adoption. You will provide advanced technical guidance, lead escalated issues, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with TAMs and Partner Success Managers.

This senior role requires hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, deployment architectures, and scalable deployment models.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related role.
• Strong expertise diagnosing and resolving complex issues across integrations, APIs, configuration, and deployment environments.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate highly technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance, troubleshooting, and platform knowledge to partners post-readiness.
• Champion product enhancements and represent complex partner needs to internal teams.
• Lead escalated support engagements for timely resolution and optimal performance.
