Engine is seeking a Sr. Partner Success Manager for Technology Partners. This remote role manages a portfolio of technology and distribution partners, ensuring healthy integrations, content accuracy, and revenue growth across the partner book.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Finance to translate partner needs into concrete outcomes. You will work with engineering and commercial leaders to diagnose issues, run business reviews, and drive improvements in partner

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical account management or similar partner-facing role.
• Experience with travel distribution architecture and APIs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and commercial audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of technology and distribution partner accounts as the primary relationship owner and technical contact.
• Monitor integration health and content quality, including API metrics and content accuracy.
• Lead incident escalation with partner and Engine engineering teams and drive root-cause actions.
• Onboard new connectivity sources and expand scopes with go-live criteria.
• Grow revenue by improving conversion, coverage, and booked content.
• Run partner cadence: QBRs, technical and performance reviews, and escalation paths.
