Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager – Salesforce to work remotely within the United States.

You will own a quota, drive revenue through new logos and partner-led opportunities, and cultivate relationships with senior executives across the partner network to craft market strategies. You will oversee the sales cycle end-to-end, collaborate on shared account plans, and implement joint market-entry campaigns while tracking measurable pipeline results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development, with emphasis on winning new clients.
• Proven track record of hitting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong grasp of co-selling frameworks and partner-led commercial strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish.
• Deep knowledge of technology ecosystems and how alliances function within them.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Nice to have experience managing revenue strategies driven by alliances.
• Experience executing joint go-to-market initiatives and co-funded campaigns.
• Certifications related to strategic partner ecosystems (e.g., cloud providers).
• Proficiency in multiple languages and international sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape sales strategy and revenue targets for key strategic partners.
• Own a personal quota blending new-logo with partner-generated revenue.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline via direct outreach and collaborative selling with partners.
• Oversee the full sales process from qualification to closing.
• Create shared account plans with partner field teams for mutual opportunities.
• Encourage partners to prioritize EPAM's collaborative initiatives.
• Lead joint market-entry campaigns and track pipeline outcomes.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity reporting governance.
