The role blends entrepreneurial sales with growth strategies driven by partnerships, owning a quota and generating revenue via new logos and partner-driven opportunities. You will build senior executive relationships in the partner ecosystem and co-develop market strategies to position EPAM as the go-to partner for enterprise digital transformation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise IT sales or BD focused on new business acquisition.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding personal quotas.
• Understanding of co-selling models and partner-led approaches.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
• Knowledge of major technology ecosystems and alliances.
• Ability to engage C-suite executives from clients and partners.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking.
• Experience in global matrix organizations.
