You will combine an entrepreneurial sales mindset with partner-led growth strategies, carrying a quota and delivering revenue through new-logo acquisition and partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities. You’ll work remotely with our US-based team to position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales track record with quota attainment.
• Experience selling with AI/GenAI partners (OpenAI/xAI).
• Ability to manage executive-level relationships across large organizations.
• Comfort coordinating with remote, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota through new-logo wins and partner-led opportunities.
• Build and nurture senior executive relationships with the partner ecosystem (OpenAI, xAI).
• Co-develop go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Position EPAM as a preferred partner for AI-enabled digital transformation.
• Collaborate with EPAM sales and delivery teams to close joint opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately.
