Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead performance and transformation across our global BPO vendor network.

You will own vendor outcomes, governance, and cross‑functional initiatives at scale, partnering with product, risk, and compliance to deliver measurable improvements. This senior leadership role requires 8+ years in vendor management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vendor/BPO management, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical background to define questions and build tools.
• Proven ability to drive vendor accountability via scorecards and governance.
• Experience leading large cross‑functional programs with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with executives.
• Experience managing vendor networks of 2,000+ agents across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance including customer experience, SLAs, compliance, and QA outcomes.
• Lead executive-level vendor governance (QBRs, escalations).
• Define operational strategies for horizontal services across the vendor network.
• Partner with the BI team to shape metrics and dashboards to run the business.
• Use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize interventions.
• Run ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling for rapid decisions.
• Support Strategic Partnerships as liaison for partner operational needs.
• Coordinate across Operations, Compliance, Product, Risk, Training, QA, and WFM.
• Translate vendor insights into cross-functional actions to improve CX and compliance.
• Act as senior escalation point for systemic issues.
• Drive initiatives like product/process rollouts and vendor migrations.
• Design change programs ensuring vendor readiness and adoption.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the vendor network.
