Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead performance and transformation across a global BPO vendor network. You will own vendor performance, governance, and strategic initiatives to drive customer satisfaction at scale while shaping long-term vendor strategy.

The role requires strong analytics, executive communication, and experience managing large vendor networks. This remote-first position offers significant impact across operations, compliance, and risk domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of vendor/BPO management, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical background and ability to work with analysts.
• Proven ability to drive vendor accountability through scorecards, governance, and structured interventions.
• Track record leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with executives.
• Experience managing vendor networks of 2,000+ agents across geographies (preferred).
• Industry background in fintech, technology, or high-growth customer operations (preferred).
• Knowledge of compliance-heavy functions (Fraud, Payments, Compliance) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance including customer experience, SLAs, compliance, and QA.
• Lead executive-level vendor governance (QBRs, escalations).
• Define operational strategies for services across the vendor network.
• Partner with Business Analyst to shape metrics and dashboards.
• Use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize interventions.
• Run ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling for rapid decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Ops, Compliance, Product, Risk, Training, QA, and WFM.
• Translate vendor insights into cross-functional actions to improve CX and compliance.
• Act as senior escalation point for systemic issues.
• Drive product/process rollouts, vendor migrations, or regulatory implementations.
• Design structured change programs ensuring vendor readiness.
• Champion continuous improvement across vendor network.
