Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead performance and transformation across our global BPO vendor network. You will drive vendor excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategy while guiding large cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in vendor management, strong data analytics, and experience guiding senior executives. This is a remote-first role with nationwide eligibility and occasional in-person onboarding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vendor/BPO management, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical background to define questions and build tools.
• Proven ability to drive accountability via scorecards and governance.
• Led large cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with executives.
• Experience managing vendor networks of 2,000+ agents across geographies.
• Fintech/tech or high-growth customer operations background preferred.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance across customer experience, SLAs, QA outcomes.
• Lead executive vendor governance (QBRs, escalations).
• Define operational strategies for horizontal services across vendors.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics to shape metrics and dashboards.
• Use data to diagnose gaps, validate trends, and prioritize interventions.
• Run ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling for rapid decisions.
• Support Strategic Partnerships as liaison for partner operational needs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Compliance, Product, Risk, Training, QA, WFM.
• Translate vendor insights into actions improving CX and compliance.
• Act as senior escalation point for systemic issues.
• Drive product/process rollouts, migrations, and regulatory implementations.
• Design change programs ensuring vendor readiness and adoption.
• Champion continuous improvement across the vendor network.
