Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth, retention, and strategic partnerships across a portfolio of Property & Casualty insurance carriers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering consultative solutions to improve underwriting performance and profitability.

The role manages a remote portfolio with occasional in-person events, leading complex sales cycles and cross-functional collaboration to close opportunities and foster

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in Property & Casualty insurance, strategic account management, business development, consulting, or related client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance operations including underwriting, risk assessment, pricing, segmentation, portfolio management, and growth strategies.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives in large insurers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills leveraging data, analytics, and insurance tech to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales cycles from qualification through contract negotiation and close, with accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of strategic P&C carrier accounts to achieve revenue, retention, and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer goals and profitability.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership to deliver innovative solutions.
